  • A brief consultation to clarify referral questions, determine fit, and review the structure of the assessment.

    • Detailed developmental history, mental health history, relational patterns, occupational functioning, and stressors.

    • Structured clinical interview aligned with DSM-5-TR criteria.

    • Selection of standardized, empirically supported instruments based upon the referral questions.

    • Consideration of masking and compensatory strategies.

    • Collateral information when appropriate and consented.
